I was thinking a lot about an own t-shirt design. My aim was to make a Fantomas t-shirt (the Fantomas is my favourite band), but I was uncertain about the design. I've got some basic ideas: black background and the text „Fantomas“ with white cyrillic fonts. The design haven't satified me in this point, but had no inted to fully redisigning, so I carried on with this idea. I was fascinated by the result, because it's refers to all the Fantomas studio albums. Here is it.
Below I will expound how this logo reflects to all of the Fantomas studio albums. The first album was made in 1999, the songs are based on the pictures of the Diabolik comics. The eyes above the label reflects to this comic book. The second album of the band - The Director's Cut - was made in 2001. The five black circles reflect to the cover of that album. The third studio album of Fantomas was made in 2004, named Delirivm Cordia. This cover is very simple, the band and the album labels are white in front of a black background. This supplement with a white EKG line between the two labels. It's not hard to figure out that this cover was the starting point for my works. The last Fantomas album was made in 2005. This cover and the songs reflects to the animated movies. The flower form in the middle of the original cover is in the right side of the logo that I made.

Finally I'm going to explain why I used cyrillic fonts for the logo and how this influenced my work. I chose the cyrillic fonts, because I wanted to put into something unique, something about my thoughts. The typeface in the album of Delirivm Cordia (Goudy Old Style) become useless immediately, but because of tha inspriated me to use typeface with serifs. Based on these problems only one font left - the Minion Pro. This is a typeface with serifs and it is included the cyrillic alphabets as well as the french ô font. I used the semibold type of that font.
